Young Adult Ministry
We welcome all young adults in the Diocese of Salt Lake City!
We are dedicated to being a walking companion for you as you continue your faith journey. Our office is guided by three goals as outlined in the USCCB document Sons and Daughters of the Light:
- To help young adults develop their spiritual life rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their redeemer and savior.
- To help young adults appreciate the teachings and traditions of the Church through catechesis, religious education, and pastoral care.
- To help young adults understand vocation as primarily a call to holiness and Christian maturity lived through single or married life, the priesthood, the diaconate, or religious life.

Catholic Young Adult Group
Join us! We meet on the first Thursday and 3rd Monday of each month focusing on spiritual growth and interpersonal Catholic connections. We are open to all young adults aged 21 to 40. Each meeting includes a light meal, prayers, bible study and engaging conversation. Our next meeting is on August 1 at 6PM as a backyard BBQ meeting.
