SEEK25

Coming to Salt Lake City January 1st - 5th

FOCUS has selected the Diocese of Salt Lake City to host the 2025 SEEK Conference January 1st - 5th in Salt Lake City. Our Diocese is delighted to have the honor to welcome FOCUS and be a part of this wonderful gathering of individuals and groups seeking to gain spiritual renewal and fellowship.

FOCUS' mission is to inspire faith and hope in God. The fruit of this Catholic missionary activity is conversions, new vocations, and other powerful fruits in which the Holy Spirit works in the lives of men and women on campuses and in parishes throughout the United States.

SEEK is not only for college students – over 4,000 adults attended SEEK last year!

At SEEK, the Making Missionary Disciples Track is designed for participants to be inspired and equipped to live the Church’s vision for Missionary Discipleship. Participants grow deeper in following Christ and sharing their faith in order to transform their parish, diocese, family, and community with the hope and joy of the Gospel.

Learn how all parishioners, leaders, diocesan staff, and clergy can participate in the Making Missionary Disciples Track here at seek.focus.org/mmd.

About FOCUS

Answering the Church’s call for a New Evangelization, FOCUS was founded in 1998 at Benedictine College by Curtis Martin. Now the leading global Catholic outreach organization, FOCUS brings the hope and joy of the Gospel to the world — meeting people in friendship, inviting them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church, and walking with each person as they pursue lives of virtue and excellence.

Through small group Bible studies, mentorships, conferences, mission trips, and partnerships with priests, bishops, and parishes, FOCUS missionaries on college campuses and in parishes inspire and build up others in faith, equipping them to share the good news and live out the Great Commission: “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19).

With more than 860 full-time missionaries, FOCUS serves at 216 locations: 193 college campuses, including eight international campuses, 10 digital outreach campuses, and 23 parishes.

About SEEK

SEEK is a 5-day conference led by FOCUS, a Catholic outreach organization that shares the hope and joy of Jesus Christ with the world. At SEEK, attendees learn about the Catholic faith, experience genuine fellowship, and unite as members of the Body of Christ. Joined by chaplains, religious, Catholic speakers, students, parishioners, and parish priests, SEEK becomes a visible, living witness to the Catholic faith. Each day of SEEK includes Mass, Adoration, powerful talks, and inspiring entertainment. Previous keynote speakers include Fr. Mike Schmitz, Sr. Miriam James Heidland (SOLT), Curtis Martin, Fr. Josh Johnson, Sr. Bethany Madonna S.V., Dr. Edward Sri, and Dr. Jonathan Reyes. When students, parishioners, and all SEEK attendees experience the love of Christ through a FOCUS conference, their minds are opened, their hearts are lifted — and their lives are forever changed.

FOCUS' conference began in 1999 in Kansas City and in 2013 it took the name SEEK, based on Mathew 7:7, "'Ask and you shall receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be open to you.'" SEEK is an invitation to explore life’s bigger questions: who we are, where we are going, and what we seek along the journey. SEEK encourages everyone to come explore what they truly seek: to learn about the faith, to share in friendship, to be encouraged in their unique vocation — and to experience the love, hope and very real presence of Jesus Christ through His Church. SEEK gathers thousands together from across the country — and all over the world — for prayer, fellowship, engaging talks, inspiring entertainment — and, most importantly, a chance to encounter Christ in a life-changing way.
